The guys who did the work were professional and very knowledgeable.  We had some unforeseen roadblocks, during the last job, but they did not let that affect their work. They told me I'd get a call back that afternoon. That was 9 days ago. Being ghosted is a common experience when reaching out to contractors in West Nipissing. Many only care about the big contracts. Next I called Quality Contracting. 4 hours later the window was fixed. The bill? $0. It was a quick fix so Reg refused to take payment. If you need any work done I highly recommend Quality Contracting.
