Quality has done 3 large jobs for us and the work was excellent.  The guys who did the work were professional and very knowledgeable.  We had some unforeseen roadblocks, during the last job, but they did not let that affect their work. Great service.  Answered all our questions, gave us advice.  Crew was fantastic and friendly.  Owner of Quality Contrating kept us up to date and informed along the way.  Great communication.  This is the second time we used them.  First time was for new windows and doors and they were so good we got them a second time to build us a deck and railing and do our siding and and stone. I couldn’t be happier with the work Quality Contracting did on my home. They installed all of my new windows, doors, siding, soffit, and fascia, and everything turned out amazing. I had a window that wasn't seated properly in the frame and wouldn't open. I called the first shop that came up on Google. They told me I'd get a call back that afternoon. That was 9 days ago. Being ghosted is a common experience when reaching out to contractors in West Nipissing. Many only care about the big contracts. Next I called Quality Contracting. 4 hours later the window was fixed. The bill? $0. It was a quick fix so Reg refused to take payment. If you need any work done I highly recommend Quality Contracting.
