The guys who did the work were professional and very knowledgeable.  We had some unforeseen roadblocks, during the last job, but they did not let that affect their work. Owner of Quality Contrating kept us up to date and informed along the way.  Great communication.  This is the second time we used them.  First time was for new windows and doors and they were so good we got them a second time to build us a deck and railing and do our siding and and stone.  Super happy. They told me I'd get a call back that afternoon. That was 9 days ago. Being ghosted is a common experience when reaching out to contractors in West Nipissing. Many only care about the big contracts. Next I called Quality Contracting. 4 hours later the window was fixed. The bill? $0. It was a quick fix so Reg refused to take payment. If you need any work done I highly recommend Quality Contracting.

Reg Piquette — Owner, Quality Contracting

Reg Piquette has been serving West Nipissing homeowners since 1996. Raised on a dairy farm in Verner and trained in the window and door trade by his uncles who ran one of Canada’s largest renovation companies, Reg built Quality Contracting on a simple philosophy: show up when you say you will, do the job right, and stand behind your work.

30 years later, Reg still personally estimates every job and oversees every project. His crew — including Blair St. Aubin (Crew Lead/Foreman), who’s been with Quality Contracting for 24 years, and Marc St. Onge (Technician/Installer), who’s been with the team for 8 years — shares his commitment to meticulous craftsmanship and honest pricing.

When Reg’s not installing windows or checking on job sites, you’ll find him on the trails with his sled or ATV, out on the boat, or watching hockey. He’s also a proud supporter of the community — sponsoring local soccer teams, hockey programs, and volunteering wherever he’s needed.
