Our Window Installations Always Include

Install tarp
Check new window is correct size and type
Carefully remove interior casing to minimize damage to wall
Remove exterior brick and molding and cut fasteners off old window
Dispose of old window

Clean opening and check for rotting wood
Install new window
Insulate perimeter of frame with foam
Install new interior trim and fill holes for casing
Cap and caulk the exterior of the window

Demonstrate how to operate and maintain your new window
Respect customer’s property
Clean your window
Keep job site as clean as possible while working
Clean up and remove all refuse and trash daily

Casement

Opening wide and outward like a door for the largest unobstructed opening of any style of window.

Awning

Opens from the bottom using a top hinge, allowing air movement in any kind of weather.

Specialty Shape

Picture style windows custom made to fit any shape opening.

Double Hung

Top sash slides down while the bottom sashes slide up for total window control. Both sashes tilt inward for easy cleaning.

Slider

Both left and right sashes slide up for total window control. Both sashes tilt inward for easy cleaning.

Normally, warranties are voided if products are improperly installed, but having your siding installed by a Royal Preferred Contractor ensures your installation is fully warrantied no matter what.
